Original A9.8 is a modell which has very best reputation among china Audiofans, it sounds neutral, many details, balance, high built quality...
I believe it's of the top class among china made CDP.

Hello Tim,
Have you ever had the chance to compare the Opera Reference 2.3 with the DaVinci?
I was told that the Opera sounds slightly better but under consideration of the price the DaVinci would be the better buy.
What is your opinion?

Hi Thomas,
Sorry for late response cause I had a 'long term' business trip to Shanghai.
I had no experience to listen to Opera CD 2.3, but I think considering of the price/performance ratio, Original A9.8 will be better choice.
